Maybe you have been “blacklisted”. You say you had a credit card issue and the site you had it with may have blacklisted you in order to avoid further future and costly problems with you. Now no bets or wagers will be accepted from you or your account anymore. Another possible reason is that some gamblers will try to dispute charges or say that their card was stolen to recoup lost money. This is illegal, but happens. So to make sure that there will be no further losses, the casino has blacklisted you.
