I didn’t get my money? What now?
Simply contact the casino and tell them. If you are honest and truly didn’t get your money, they will assist you. Beware though that lots of people claim not to have received their money in an effort to cheat, so the casino will try to trace the payment first. They will not automatically send the money when you lodge your complaint. This may delay your payment, but all honest casinos will make every effort to get you what is rightfully and legally yours.
